Erika ZIMMERMANN, Appellant, v. MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Appellee
Having carefully reviewed Appellant's initial brief and the record on appeal, we find that no preliminary basis for reversal has been demonstrated and therefore affirm. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.315(a); Cabrera v. Outdoor Empire Inc., 134 So. 3d 573, 576 (Fla. 1st DCA 2014) (“Summary affirmance is appropriate where the initial brief fails to present a ‘preliminary basis for reversal,’ regardless of the good-faith intentions and beliefs of the filing party.”).
Affirmed.
PER CURIAM.
