Upon consideration of the Petition for Writ of Certiorari, Response, and both Replies, and recognizing that Respondents have conceded Petitioner's right to represent himself individually, and as beneficiary of the trust, coupled with the appearance of counsel below in connection with his capacity as co-trustee, the Petition is moot. Having failed to demonstrate a departure from the essential requirements of law that cannot be remedied on direct appeal, the Petition is hereby dismissed.
