MELTON JACKSON, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. THE STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied.
Upon this Court's review, having determined that pro se Petitioner has filed eleven (11) appeals or petitions, which have all been affirmed or denied, pro se Petitioner is cautioned that the continued filing of meritless petitions, or appeals, may result in an order to show cause as to why pro se Petitioner should not be precluded from filing any further petitions, motions, or appeals, without the assistance of an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Florida.
