Following review of the pro se Amended Petition, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. To the extent the Amended Petition seeks to appeal the order entering summary judgment, the Court hereby dismisses the cause as an impermissible appeal of a non-final order.
