David Dallas GEORGE, Petitioner, v. Governor Ron DESANTIS, Respondent.
Opinion on Motion for Rehearing

Dismissed. See Roberts v. Brown, 43 So. 3d 673, 677 (Fla. 2010) (a petition for all writs does not independently invoke a court's jurisdiction).
Per Curiam.
Roberts, Makar, and M.K. Thomas, JJ., concur.
