Appellant's Petition for Writ of Certiorari is treated as an initial brief pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.040(c). The initial brief fails to comply with Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.210, and is hereby stricken. See Greenfield v. Westmoreland, 156 So. 3d 1, 2 (Fla. 3d DCA 2007).

On November 18, 2021, this Court ordered Appellant to comply with multiple prior orders requiring Appellant to file a compliant initial brief. We provided fair warning that Appellant's failure to do so would result in sanctions, including possible dismissal of the appeal. See Boulder Mgmt., Inc. v. Charis Healing Ministries, 931 So. 2d 1058, 1059 (Fla. 4th DCA 2006); Fla. R. App. P. 9.410.

Based on Appellant's failure to comply with this Court's Orders, the Court grants Appellee Vanessa Veytia's Motion to Dismiss, which was previously carried with the case.

Appeal dismissed.
