Following review of the Petition for Writ of Certiorari, and the Response and Reply thereto, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied.
The parties’ Motions for Appellate Attorney's Fees are conditionally granted, pending the trial court's determination pursuant to the parties’ Antenuptial Agreement, and a determination as to its validity and applicability, and consideration of the factors set forth in Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697 (Fla. 1997).
