Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236, 1237 (Fla. 2004) (Petitions “seeking relief that can be obtained only, if at all, by motion in the sentencing court under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850” are subject to dismissal as unauthorized where “we can clearly discern either that the claims raised therein are procedurally barred or that the petition does not comply with the time requirements of the rule.”).
