Upon consideration of pro se Appellant's Motion to Disqualify Roy Granoff, Esquire, as attorney for Appellee, the Motion is hereby denied.

Pro se Appellant seeks reconsideration of this Court's Order of December 23, 2021, ordering pro se Appellant to file a conformed copy of the order on appeal. The Court notes that pro se Appellant has complied with that Order by filing an Amended Notice of Appeal, accompanied by the report and recommendation entered by the general magistrate/hearing officer.

Reconsideration of this Court's December 23, 2021, Order is unnecessary because pro se Appellant has now complied with that Order; however, noting that the order on appeal is a non-final, non-appealable order, this appeal is hereby dismissed. See Leos v. Hernandez, 305 So. 3d 571 (Fla. 3d DCA 2020).
