Upon consideration, Appellant's Motion for Leave to Exceed Page Limitation is granted.

Appellant seeks to appeal the October 27, 2021, trial court order denying Appellant's October 1, 2021, “renewed and amended” Rule 1.540(b) motion. Appellant's October 1, 2021, motion is directed toward the trial court's September 20, 2021, order denying Appellant's August 9, 2021, Rule 1.540(b) motion seeking to vacate a sheriff's sale. The Court lacks appellate jurisdiction to review the challenged order because it is essentially an order denying rehearing of the trial court's September 20, 2021, order. Since motions seeking rehearing of orders denying Rule 1.540(b) orders are unauthorized, and Appellant did not timely appeal the trial court's September 20, 2021, order, the Court hereby dismisses the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
