The Court dismisses the pro se Amended Petition for Writ of Certiorari based on the Court's lack of certiorari jurisdiction. See Foster v. State, 326 So. 3d 1192 (Fla. 1st DCA 2021) (holding that a petitioner's failure to establish irreparable harm that cannot be remedied on direct appeal divests appellate court of certiorari jurisdiction).
