The Court grants the parties' “joint suggestion of mootness, motion to vacate the order on appeal, and motion to dismiss” docketed November 29, 2021. The Court dismisses this appeal as moot, vacates the trial court's order and final judgment, and remands the case to the trial court with directions that the case be dismissed.
