Darwin BIRRIEL, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. VANADIUM LLC, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Upon consideration of Appellant's Responses to the Court's Order to Show Cause, the Court notes that disbursement of the subject funds was not ordered by the trial court; rather, the trial court made a determination as to entitlement. Therefore, the order is a non-final, nonappealable order, and this appeal is hereby dismissed, without prejudice to Appellant refiling an appeal should the trial court order disbursement of the subject funds.
FERNANDEZ, C.J., and LOGUE and BOKOR, JJ., concur.
