Arnaldo LUGO-FERNANDEZ, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
CORRECTED ORDER
The pro se Petition, styled as a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, is correctly construed as a petition for writ of certiorari. A petition for certiorari “shall be filed within 30 days of rendition of the order to be reviewed.” See Fla. R. App. P. 9.100(c). The instant petition, filed October 12, 2021, seeks review of a court order entered on May 11, 2018. Accordingly, the pro se petition is untimely, and is hereby dismissed.
HENDON, GORDO and BOKOR, JJ., concur.
