HEALTH FIRST, INC., Appellant(s)/petitioner(s), v. CORPORATE FINANCIAL, INC., Appellee(s)/respondent(s),
The challenged non-final order defers adjudication of Appellant's motion to compel arbitration; it does not “determine the entitlement of a party to arbitration”. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.130(a)(3)(C)(iv). We, therefore, sua sponte, dismiss the appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
SCALES, LOBREE and BOKOR, JJ., concur.
