Michelle O'BOURKE, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. Jorge LUIS ARBELAEZ, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Upon careful review, the pro se Petition for Writ of Prohibition is denied. In part, the Petition is moot to the extent that there is an ongoing case with a new division judge. To the extent the Petition seeks review of other issues, such as the addition of a second child to the underlying case without proper establishment of paternity, the Appendix fails to include any relevant motions, responses, transcript of proceedings, or order in which the court determined paternity or added the second child and failed to consider paternity. Accordingly, there is no order of the trial court for this Court to review.
MILLER, GORDO and BOKOR, JJ., concur.
