After review of the record and careful consideration, the Petition for Writ of Prohibition is hereby denied as legally insufficient.
Upon consideration of Respondent's Motion for Award of Attorney's Fees and Costs, it is ordered that said Motion is conditionally granted, and the matter is remanded to the trial court for a determination pursuant to section 61.16, Florida Statutes, Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697 (Fla. 1997), and Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.400.
