Following review of the pro se petition for a belated appeal and the Response thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction due to Petitioner's failure to either comply with the requirements of Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c), or to rebut proof of service of the trial court's order as reflected in the clerk's certificate on the face of the order.
