Carlos Rafael RIVERA, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s) v. ADRIAN DEVELOPERS OF DE LA FUENTE PARCEL, LLC, etc., et al., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s)
The appeal in this case is dismissed as premature because the order merely grants a motion and does not actually enter a judgment. Ball v. Genesis Outsourcing Sols., LLC, 174 So. 3d 498, 499 (Fla. 3d DCA 2015) (“For an order to be final, it must constitute an entry of a judgment: it is the final judgment that is appealable, not an order simply granting a motion.”).
EMAS, C.J., and LOGUE and BOKOR, JJ., concur.
