Zachary ZIEMINSKI, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Upon the Court's own motion, it is ordered that the above-referenced Petitions are hereby consolidated for all appellate purposes under case no. 3D20-1294. All filings in the case shall be under case no. 3D20-1294.
Upon consideration of the Notice of Discharge filed by Anthony J. Stonick, Esquire, this Court relieves Mr. Stonick from responding to this Court's November 24, 2020, Order.
Because this Court is not the proper forum to consider the issues raised in Petitioner's two Petitions for Writs of Mandamus, see Dumas v. Marrero, 864 So. 2d 531, 532 (Fla. 5th DCA 2004), we vacate our October 2, 2020, denial of the Petition in case no. 3D20-1294 and transfer both Petitions to the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida in Monroe County for consideration of the merits.
FERNANDEZ, LINDSEY and GORDO, JJ., concur.
