Upon consideration of the Response to this Court's February 12, 2021, Order to Show Cause, the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus is hereby dismissed pursuant to Logan v. State, 846 So. 2d 472 (Fla. 2003), without prejudice to the refiling of a petition for writ of mandamus through counsel if there are unreasonable delays in commencing the proceeding. See Neunzig v. Cornett, 761 So. 2d 1174, 1175 (Fla. 4th DCA 2000).
