Samuel LEVY, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. Ana VELEZ, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Appellant seeks review of an order that in pertinent part determines entitlement to attorney's fees. As this requires additional judicial labor, the order on appeal is non-final and not ripe for appeal. See Ocean Club Cmty. Ass'n v. Curtis, 934 So. 2d 522 (Fla. 3d DCA 2005). Appellee's Motion to Dismiss is granted.
Appellee's Motion for Attorney's Fees is granted pursuant to section 61.16, Florida Statutes, conditioned upon the trial court's analysis of entitlement pursuant to Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697 (Fla. 1997).
Additionally, the Joint Stipulation for Substitution of Appellee's Counsel, treated as a motion for substitution of counsel, is granted.
SCALES, MILLER and BOKOR, JJ., concur.
