Brian WRIGHT, Appellant, v. State of Florida, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, Child Support Program and Ronisha Williams, Appellees.
Brian Wright appeals from a final administrative paternity and support order, contending that the determination of his income was incorrect. We reverse the order on appeal in view of Appellee's confession of error and the apparent inconsistency on the face of the order that establishes Appellant's support obligation based upon “actual” income, while simultaneously recognizing that Appellant was involuntarily unemployed due to the coronavirus.*
Reversed and Remanded.
