Noel ALDANA, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.
Petitioner previously filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus in case 1D14-0917, and this Court dismissed that petition pursuant to Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004). The petition for writ of habeas corpus in the instant case is dismissed as successive. See Johnson v. Singletary, 647 So. 2d 106, 109 (Fla. 1994) (“Successive habeas corpus petitions seeking the same relief are not permitted ․”).
