Robert MOYNIHAN, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.
Dismissed. See Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004) (explaining that habeas relief is not properly invoked to address issues that should be determined in direct appeal or postconviction proceedings, and such petitions should be dismissed as unauthorized). Additionally, all pending motions are denied and Appellant's amended initial brief is stricken.
Per Curiam.
B.L. Thomas, Kelsey, and Jay, JJ., concur.
