State, 268 So. 3d 1009, 1010–12 (Fla. 1st DCA 2019) (holding that the constitutional prohibitions against cruel and unusual or excessive punishments did not bar a sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for a defendant who was eighteen years old at the time he committed a murder as “[i]t is well established that eighteen is the dividing line between adult privileges and responsibilities and the privileges and responsibilities of children”).
