This appeal from an order denying a motion to reopen a dismissed circuit court appeal is treated as a petition for writ of certiorari seeking review of an order of the circuit court in its appellate capacity. See Forehand v. State, 264 So. 3d 333, 335 (Fla. 1st DCA 2019). The petition is denied on the merits. See McBride v. Vansandt, 201 So. 3d 835, 836-37 (Fla. 1st DCA 2016).
