Following review of the appellant's Response, it is ordered that the appellee's Motion to Dismiss the Appeal is granted, and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County, Florida, is hereby dismissed, without prejudice to Appellant filing an appeal when a final appealable order is rendered below.
Upon consideration of the appellee's Motion for Appellate Attorney's Fees, it is ordered that said Motion is granted, conditioned on Appellee being the prevailing party when judgment is entered below.
