William WEAVER II, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. Stephanie MELO, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Following review of the pro se Petition for Writ of Mandamus, it is ordered that said Petition is hereby denied without prejudice to Petitioner filing a request for hearing before the trial court accompanied by the motion that was filed, and which appears on the docket, on November 12, 2019. No request for hearing as to said motion appears on the trial court docket. To the extent that Petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus to order the trial court to rule in a particular way, that aspect of the Petition is denied. See Alfonso v. Miami-Dade Cty., 274 So. 3d 1152 (Fla. 3d DCA 2019); Architectural Sheet Metal, Inc. v. RLI Ins. Co., 936 So. 2d 1181 (Fla. 5th DCA 2006).
FERNANDEZ, LINDSEY and MILLER, JJ., concur.
