Following review of the petitioner's Response to this Court's January 27, 2020, Order to Show Cause, it is ordered that the Petition for Writ of Certiorari is hereby dismissed as moot, without prejudice to raise the claim in case no. 3D19-2490.
Upon consideration of the respondent's Motion for Appellate Fees, it is ordered that said Motion is hereby denied without prejudice to renewal of the Motion in case no. 3D19-2490.
