Upon consideration of the petitioner's Motion for Attorney's Fees and the Law Firm of Barry S. Franklin & Associates, P.A.’s “Motion for Appellate Attorney's Fees Pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 57.105 and Rule 9.410 of the Florida Appellate Rules of Procedure,” it is ordered that both Motions are hereby denied.
