Brandon Christopher PARKER, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.
We affirm Brandon Parker's conviction and sentence for attempted sexual battery of a child less than twelve years of age. See §§ 777.04(4)(b), 794.011(2)(a), Fla. Stat. (2017). However, the order of sex offender probation incorrectly provides that Parker entered a no contest plea to lewd or lascivious molestation by a person eighteen years of age or older upon a child less than twelve years of age. We remand for correction of the order of sex offender probation. See Rodriguez v. State, 61 So. 3d 496, 496 (Fla. 2d DCA 2011); Choinski v. State, 530 So. 2d 522, 523 (Fla. 2d DCA 1988).
Affirmed and remanded.
PER CURIAM.
LaROSE, BLACK, and SLEET, JJ., Concur.
