Rocky T. BUNNELL, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.
Rocky Bunnell appeals four judgments and sentences entered pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement. We affirm his judgments and sentences. However, “[b]ecause the trial court made an oral determination that” Mr. Bunnell “was competent but failed to render a written order to that effect we must remand the case to the trial court for entry of a nunc pro tunc order finding” Mr. Bunnell “competent to stand trial.” See Holland v. State, 185 So. 3d 636, 637 (Fla. 2d DCA 2016); see also Hampton v. State, 988 So. 2d 103, 106 (Fla. 2d DCA 2008); Corbitt v. State, 744 So. 2d 1130, 1130 (Fla. 2d DCA 1999).
Affirmed; remanded with directions.
PER CURIAM.
SILBERMAN, MORRIS, and LUCAS, JJ., Concur.
