The appellee's motion to dismiss is granted. This appeal is dismissed as from a nonappealable nonfinal order. Cf. Hickev v. Burlinson, 33 So. 3d 827, 829 (Fla. 5th DCA 2010) (using section 61.503(4), Florida Statutes (2009), to determine whether visitation was within the scope of “custody” for purposes of appeal under former rule 9.130(a)(3)(C)(iii)); § 61.503(3), (4), Fla. Stat. (2019). The court further concludes that it has no certiorari jurisdiction over the challenged order.
