Monty R. GROW, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Jessica L. MANNEN f/k/a Jessica L. Grow, Appellee/Respondent(s).
This appeal is dismissed as untimely filed. The order sought to be appealed is a nonfinal order because of the reservation of jurisdiction as to financial issues in paragraph 36 of the order. To the extent that the order would be appealable pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.130(a)(3)(C)(iii)b., as asserted in the notice of appeal, or any other category in rule 9.130(a)(3), the notice of appeal was untimely. See Richardson v. Watson. 611 So. 2d 1254, 1255 (Fla. 2d DCA 1992) (“Unlike an authorized and timely motion directed to a final order, a motion for reconsideration or rehearing of a nonfinal order does not toll the time for filing a notice of appeal or petition for a writ.”).
BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
