Petitioner seeks belated appeal or belated certiorari review of a circuit court appellate opinion in a civil matter. The petition is denied. See Perez v. Jones, 174 So. 3d 1088 (Fla. 1st DCA 2015) (explaining that this Court does not have the authority to grant belated appeal in a civil proceeding and does not have authority to grant belated certiorari review). This disposition is without prejudice to Petitioner seeking relief in the lower tribunal. See generally, Milord v. Fla. Parole Comm'n, 4 So. 3d 762 (Fla. 1st DCA 2009) (Browning, J., concurring).
