Dennis WHITE, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. The STATE of Florida, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
This appeal is dismissed as legally insufficient as commenced, and decided, in the circuit court and as presented for consideration by this Court. Conditions of incarceration within a county jail are not, as presented in the grievances and responses in the slim record in this case, appropriate for post-conviction motions against the State of Florida. After administrative remedies have been exhausted, the appropriate defendant in a county jail case would be the Director of the Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department. This Order of dismissal is without prejudice to any such action, if pursued by the incarcerated defendant, in the present case.
SALTER, LINDSEY and HENDON, JJ., concur.
