CITY OF DUNEDIN, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Kristi S. HILL n/ k/ a Kristi S. Allen, Appellee/Respondent(s).
The petition for writ of prohibition is denied. Respondent's motion for attorney's fees is granted. We remand to the trial court to determine the amount of fees. In the motion for appellate attorney's fees, the Respondent also sought costs. The Respondent's request for costs is stricken without prejudice to the Respondent's right to file a timely motion with the lower tribunal. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.400(a). The stay imposed by this court's October 11, 2019, order to show cause is hereby lifted.
BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
SILBERMAN, LaROSE, and BLACK, JJ., Concur.
