AFFIRMED.

I agree with affirming the denial of Anthony Silvero's Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) motion to vacate sentence. Although Silvero's motion was unopposed and appears meritorious, as the postconviction court noted, a Rule 3.850 motion was the appropriate mechanism for Silvero to obtain his requested relief.
