J.B., Father of C.B., B.B. and A.B., Minor Children, Appellant, v. DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, Appellee.
Upon consideration of Appellant's response to the Court's order of December 17, 2019, the Court has determined that its jurisdiction to review the Final Judgment for Termination of Parental Rights, rendered on October 22, 2019, was not invoked in a timely fashion. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The dismissal is without prejudice to Appellant's right to seek appropriate relief in the prior proceeding in case number 1D19-2397.
Per Curiam.
Wolf, B.L. Thomas, and Roberts, JJ., concur.
