Karl Erik JOHANSSON and Wayne C. Johansson, Appellant(s)/petitioner(s), v. IN RE: ESTATE OF Erik G.B. JOHANSSON, Appellee(s)/respondent(s),
Upon consideration of the “Petition for Writ of Certiorari or, in the Alternative, Notice of Appeal and Initial Brief,” it is hereby ordered as follows:
This Court lacks jurisdiction to review this cause as an appeal under Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.170(b). We therefore treat the petitioners' filing as a petition for writ of certiorari.
Upon review, we deny the petition. See Florida Probate Rule 5.030 (providing: “Every guardian and every personal representative, unless the personal representative remains the sole interested person, shall be represented by an attorney admitted to practice in Florida. A guardian or personal representative who is an attorney admitted to practice in Florida may represent himself or herself as guardian or personal representative. A guardian advocate is not required to be represented by an attorney unless otherwise required by law or the court.”)
EMAS, C.J., and SALTER and GORDO, JJ., concur.
