Elizabeth MAYA, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, etc., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
Appellant appeals the trial court's August 8, 2019, order dismissing, without prejudice, Appellant's counterclaim filed in response to Appellee's foreclosure action. Appellant's appeal is premature, and, because Appellant's counterclaim is inextricably intertwined with Appellee's foreclosure claim, we lack jurisdiction to review the challenged order. We, therefore, dismiss Appellant's appeal without prejudice to Appellant filing an appeal at the conclusion of the case. See Almacenes El Globo De Quito v. Dalbeta L.C., 181 So. 3d 559 (Fla. 3d DCA 2015).
SCALES, HENDON and LOBREE, JJ., concur.
