City of Sunrise, 237 So. 3d 1031, 1034-35 (4th DCA 2018) (alleged claimants must prove bona fide ownership of seized property in order to have standing in a forfeiture proceeding, citing §§ 932.701(2)(g)-(h) and 932.704, Fla. Stat.); Velez v. Miami–Dade Cty. Police Dep't, 934 So. 2d 1162, 1166 (Fla. 2006) (recognizing that persons contesting a forfeiture must demonstrate a proprietary interest in the seized property that is subject to forfeiture).
