This Court earlier denied Petitioner's petition for writ of certiorari stemming from Lake County Circuit Court Case No. 2015-DR-415. Because it appears that Petitioner's filings are abusive, repetitive, malicious, or frivolous, Petitioner is cautioned that any further abusive, repetitive, malicious, or frivolous pro se filings in this Court asserting claims stemming from Lake County Circuit Court Case No. 2015-DR-415 may result in sanctions such as a bar on pro se filing in this Court. See State v. Spencer, 751 So. 2d 47, 47 (Fla. 1999); Delgado v. Hearn, 805 So. 2d 1017, 1018 (Fla. 2d DCA 2001).
