Joshua WRIGHT, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.
In this Anders 1 appeal, we affirm Appellant's convictions and sentences. We reverse and remand, however, for the trial court to enter an amended court cost/fees order that reflects its rulings on Appellant's Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(b) motions on February 26, and April 12, 2019. Finally, we remand for correction of a scrivener's error in the final judgment on Count 2 to reflect Appellant's conviction for third-degree felony murder without a weapon.
AFFIRMED in part; REVERSED in part; REMANDED with directions.
