Lewis, 267 So. 3d 1039, 1041 (Fla. 4th DCA 2019) (observing that Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540(b) applies to family court proceedings, and that an order denying a motion to set aside a final judgment pursuant to Florida Family Law Rule of Procedure 12.540(b) is reviewed for an abuse of discretion).
