STATE of Florida, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Alfred JENKINS, Appellee/Respondent(s).
The petitioner's emergency motion to review the trial court's order denying the motion for stay and motion to stay the proceedings, which the court has treated as a petition for all writs and motion to review denial of stay, is granted to the extent that the court has reviewed the trial court's order and approves the denial of stay. In light of this ruling, the amended petition for writ of certiorari and the “petition for writ of prohibition,” both of which seek to amend “pending resolution of the motion filed with this Court” are denied as moot.
BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
SILBERMAN, KELLY, and BADALAMENTI, JJ., Concur.
