Following review of the petition for writ of prohibition, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied pursuant to Logan v. State, 846 So. 2d 472 (Fla. 2003). The petition to discharge counsel is hereby dismissed without prejudice to petitioner filing the motion in the court below.
