Within 10 days of the date of this order the Attorney General shall show cause why the petition in the above-captioned proceeding should not be granted to the extent that the case will be remanded to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this court's disposition of John Doe v. State, 2D16–1328, see Or. on Remand from Sup. Ct. (Jun. 9, 2017), following the Florida Supreme Court's opinion in John Doe v. State, SC16–1852 (May 11, 2017).
