Petitioner and respondent both seek appellate attorneys' fees pursuant to section 61.16, Florida Statutes (2017). Respondent also seeks appellate attorneys' fees pursuant to Rados v. Rados, 791 So. 2d 1130 (Fla. 2d DCA2001), and Rosen v. Rosen, 696 So. 2d 697 (Fla. 1997).
Petitioner's request for appellate attorneys' fees is denied. See Rados, 791 So. 2d at 1133.
Respondent's motion for appellate attorneys' fees is remanded to the trial court. If the respondent establishes her entitlement pursuant to section 61.16 and Rosen, the trial court is authorized to award her all or a portion of the reasonable attorneys' fees. See Rados, 791 So. 2d at 1134.
